Landscaping using paving

Changing the landscape of your garden involves lots of decisions from how will your garden be used to what greenery will be there?

A great place to start is choosing the right materials which is an important structural decision. One fantastic product to create a dynamic change in your garden is the use of paving stones.

There are important questions to ask when using paving stones:

  • How much to cover?
  • What type of stone?
  • What colour of stone?
  • and when creating a new landscape – where to put the stone in your garden? The list of questions can be endless.

There are many types of stone and brick available to choose from for your paving. At Lymefield Garden Centre we stock a small but effective range of paving stones and we can help answer your questions and help you make your decision.

Our stone is sourced from India and is Indian Sandstone Stone – literally it comes from India!

David has worked directly with our supplier, Rupesh based in Rajasthan, India for 8 years. Rupesh sources the stone from his quarries and ships directly to us in Broadbottom.

We stock four different colours of Indian Sandstone;

Autumn Brown is comprised of warm hues in russet brown and orange/red;

Camel Dust is comprised of buff tones with yellows and russet brown;

Kandla Grey is comprised of sleek and modern, light grey tones that brighten dark gardens;

Raj Green is comprised of natural, varied tones in shades of green and grey.

Choose them online or come and see them in-store. Lymefield Garden Centre is open every day, 7 days a week. Local Delivery is available using our own transport trucks so we can deliver when it is convenient for you.

We are a one-stop shop for all your landscaping needs including topsoil, bark M.O.T.turf, and manure. Local Delivery is available to you or if using a gardening landscaper we can coordinate with them. Trade accounts are available – contact the Garden Centre directly.
