Rural Oscars at Lymefield

We won!
Lymefield Garden Centre are the North of England Regional Winner for Rural Enterprise in the Countryside Alliance Awards!!
Also known as the Rural Oscars, it’s a brilliant reward for all the team that has worked so hard, especially over the past couple of years.
Their dedication has enabled us to support & bring our community into Lymefield.
 
But our biggest thanks is to all our customers & supporters who made this happen. All your votes have brought this to be, and we are truly grateful. #OurCustomersAreTheBest

The Next step is the announcement of the National Champions! This happens in May at the House of Lords, members of our team have been invited down to London for the ceremony & maybe (just maybe) we will win this award!

Half term fun at Lymefield

This February our team are running 5 different activities during the half-term holidays.

Chose your favourite workshop from the poster below and call the relevant department, Garden Centre, or Tea Room on 01457 764686

All workshops are £5 per child.

Payment is taken when booking.

There are only 20 spaces per activity so book soon to avoid disappointment.

Valentine’s Day Tea Dance

Valentine’s Day Tea Dance on Tuesday 14th February in aid of SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity.

Join us for a special afternoon in our Glasshouse with live entertainment.

Arrive at our Tea Dance & receive a welcome drink of fizz or spritz.

Step back in time to the 1930s with the fantastic entertainers of 

Ain’t MissBehavin Singer and the duo Stan & Ollie.

Tickets are £25 per person – Book here!

All proceeds will go to SSAFA Greater Manchester, the Armed Forces charity, providing lifelong support to those who are serving or have served in the British Army, Royal Navy, Royal Marines, or the Royal Air Force, and their families.

Come to our Pumpkin Patch at Lymefield for a Halloween event for all the family.

Pumpkin Patch at Lymefield

Lymefield is hosting its charity Halloween event on Saturday 22nd, Sunday 23rd, Saturday 29th & Sunday 30th between 10am & 4pm.

Come down to Lymefield Garden Centre to choose your own Pumpkin from the Pumpkin Patch.

Crave your pumpkin inside the carving area, leaving the dreaded mess with us!

Along with our usual seasonal food and drinks menu in the Tea Room and Farm shop, there will be extra Halloween Treats including warm pumpkin soup!

All proceeds from the Pumpkin patch will go to our chosen charity this time -The Bureau, Glossop’s community wellbeing volunteer service – click for more details on their work.

Pumpkins are £8 each, book online, just don’t forget your wellies!

Tractor Trail at Lymefield

Free Family Event at Lymefield Garden Centre throughout the summer of 2022

Starting on Saturday 23rd July until Wednesday 31st August, you and all the family can play our Tractor Trail.

Find all the picutres of tractors, solve the word and receive a reward for all your hard work.

Exploring the Garden Centre, Farm Shop and Tea Room you will find lots of tractors with letters on them and if you get the answer right you can be entered into our Free Prize Draw.

There is no charge for this event, and no booking required. The trail is open every day during the dates stated, collect the form from the garden centre till.

To celebrate Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee, we are inviting you to create a piece of jubilee bunting and add it to our string in the Tea Room.

The theme for the bunting is the Queen’s Jubilee so be as creative as you can to make the most amazing bunting!
