This is the only authentic cave-matured Cheddar Cheese which is made in Cheddar itself!
Matured for 11 to 12 months in Gough’s Cave.
It is made with vegetarian rennet, and unpasteurised cow's milk from local herds.Please Note: All of our cheeses can be cut in 100g, 200g, 400g, and 600g slices.
