Wrapped in nettles. Young, fresh and creamy, and slightly crumbly at the centre. A mushroomy, edible rind with a unique appearance. Made with vegetarian rennet and pasteurised cow's milk.Please Note: All of our cheeses can be cut in 100g, 200g, 400g, and 600g slices.
