Perfect served drizzled with honey as an accompaniment to sweet fruit such as pears or figs. Also fantastic for cooking, making for an excellent addition to sauces, pizza, and pasta dishes. Made with cow's milk. Please Note: All of our cheeses can be cut in 100g, 200g, 400g, and 600g slices.
