A blue cheese made in Thirsk, Yorkshire, using local pasteurised ewe’s milk.
It is less savoury than many other blue cheeses; instead, it can be described as rich, creamy, and almost slightly sweet, with only a subtle hint of salt to contrast. Made with vegetarian rennet.Please Note: All of our cheeses can be cut in 100g, 200g, 400g, and 600g slices.
