Chorizo vela picante is a delicious slicing sausage with a spicy, smokey, garlic flavour and a chilli kick.
Finochhiona Salami is a typical Tuscan salami- it is mixed with crushed fennel seeds and Chianti Wine to create a coarse salami with bold flavours.
Milano Salami is made from finely minced pork cured with a full-bodied red wine and garlic.
Serrano ham is a dry-cured Spanish ham. Salted and hung for six months for a rich and creamy deep flavour.
These meats have been chosen for distinct flavours to create a wonderful base for your tapas or cheese board.
