Shin beef is a highly worked muscle with a lot of connective tissue. It is best broken down through braising. Using this method, Shin Beef on bone will create a very succulent, flavourful cut.
Try it with slow-cooked with root vegetable, dauphinoise potatoes and kale as seen in Lymefield Tea Room.
All our beef is reared within five miles of Lymefield Farm Shop and is fully traceable.
