Snowdonia Black Bomber is a cheese named for the black wax that encases it. It gives an intact truckle or a wheel, the appearance of a bomb! A rich, smooth, classic cheddar, with a slight toffee or caramel sweetness.
Perfect for pairing with a Cabernet Sauvignon or a Chardonnay or enjoyed alone or with chutney on fresh bread.
Made with vegetarian rennet and pasteurised cow’s milk.
