White Stilton, has a much lighter, fresher flavour than Blue Stilton.
Its crumbly texture makes it perfect for use in cheesecakes, although equally makes a great companion for honey-drizzled figs.
Sweet and spicy mango and crystalised ginger help to add a real kick to this unusual cheese. Pairs well with a medium white wine.
Made with vegetarian rennet and pasteurised cow’s milk.
